Chief Barketing Officer
Pax is, genuinely, the one in charge around here. Unofficial door greeter, brainstorm supporter, full-time sofa occupant, and certified stress relief specialist. She offers a level of emotional support no human on this team could ever possibly match, and she does it all while being completely, effortlessly cute.
Social Media Purdinator
Despite what Google says, Timber has a sixth sense for causing mayhem. She attacks the on-screen mouse during important meetings, appears in posts she was absolutely never invited to, and makes an entrance every single time. Vocal, chaotic, dramatic, and always in the spotlight.
Creative Director
Ken founded Level after years as Creative Director at TBWA Manchester, with a career going back before the first Mac was made. He’s won awards from D&AD to the New York Festivals, and you might know him best for the Silent Night mascot. We just know him as boss.
Financial Director
Tina keeps the finances running smoothly at Level, the real spreadsheet and budgeting queen. She handles all the stuff nobody else wants to think about, and makes absolutely certain every single budget works as hard as it can without ever letting creativity or quality take the hit.
Designer
Liza is the lead designer at Level, turning sketches and half-formed ideas into something that fits every brief, no matter the size. When she’s not designing, she’s usually writing for the journal. Nothing leaves her desk unfinished. Your brand, made properly yours.

That’s not a differentiator we invented for a pitch deck, it’s just how Ken set this place up twenty years ago and we’ve never seen a reason to change it.
